Proposes a method for detecting the deposition of inhalable particles, which can be used to measure the deposition of polydisperse particles in horizontal pipes. The detection method is similar to those used in biological and chemical studies. Dissolves the particles attached to the settling surface, and measures the solution concentration by ion chromatography. Measures the average concentration of particles in the pipes with the TSI particle concentration detector, and obtains the deposition velocity. According to the error analysis of the experiment, the error of this test method can be controlled less than 10%. Compared with the wet chemical analysis of fluorescent particles and neutron activation methods, this method is more economical and accurate.
